The site specific video and sound installation creates an unsettling illusion of space. The projection onto the back wall of the 20m deep vault creates a tunnel-like extension and a view into a vast misty landscape. The slowed down cross-fadings and camera movements (tracking shots) – accompanied by a loaded sound – make the spectator dip into an inner world
Nebelwelten / Misty landscapes was realized in the context of „TREASURES – a site specific art project“, curated by Rebecca Horn, Janet Cardiff und Robert Wilson – organised by Louise Witthöft und Anna v. Stackelberg at the old Königstadt Brauerei Berlin.
